This dramatic loft is a modern conversion of the historic Oriental hotel building built in 1883 and is perfectly situated on lower Yates St in the heart of old downtown. It boasts dramatic 12ft ceilings, exposed original brick and is one of the only units with the large, iconic bay windows which face south to Yates, so there is lots of sun and activity on the street. It's compact but fully equipped with a complete kitchen, washer/dryer combo unit and a separate bathroom. The sleeping loft up the ladder is a cozy nest large enough for a Queen sized bed.
