After starting in real estate at the age of 16 and becoming fully licenced at 19, Amy became the youngest person to obtain a Managing/Associate Broker’s Licenced in Victoria Real Estate Board. With her Sharp eye for detail and passion for organization and efficiency, it was obvious Amy was going to be a great fit for our Brokerage. Amy finds inspiration from her mother, Cathy Braiden who is a top-producing agent at RE/MAX Mid-Island Realty.

Amy has been with the company for over a decade and prides herself on working in a fast past environment with multiple deadlines that utilize her natural need for organization and efficiency in all aspects of life. This translates to her being a highly effective employee, manager & team leader. Amy is passionate, hardworking, and leads by example which allows her to influence and earn the respect of others quickly!

In her free time, Amy likes to participate in Triathlons, is a mastermind with video games & an avid lego enthusiast. Her associates, 2 cats, and 5 siblings would all agree, Amy is an incredible detail-oriented powerhouse who makes sure things are running like clockwork.
