This is the BEST small home I've seen on an acreage in a long time! Absolutely pristine, nothing to be done but move in. As you approach via a lovely long driveway, you'll find yourself on a beautiful, south-facing 5-acre property with a mature tree canopy, largely untouched for the past 30 years by the current owners—a rare find indeed. Built in 1994 by a well known Island builder, the home exudes a wonderful sense of space and craftsmanship, with the homeowner’s exceptional woodworking skills showcased throughout. From custom wood windows and trim to stunning fir flooring and bespoke kitchen and bedroom cabinetry, every detail has been thoughtfully designed. The property also includes a well-developed garden area, a small workshop, and additional dry storage structures essential for West Coast living. This home and property are an absolute joy to experience. Schedule a viewing—you won’t be disappointed. 8.5 GPM drilled well. Zoning allows for an additional principal residence too.

About
Sean Carrie is a proud 4th generation Victorian. He grew up on the Saanich Peninsula in the village of Brentwood Bay where his parents still live in the same house. After living in a few different cities and seeing the world, Sean couldn’t even be paid to live anywhere other than Vancouver Island. He feels honoured to be a Realtor in his own hometown. Vancouver Island is part of his family’s heritage, and he wants to help make it part of yours.
With a lifetime of memories in Victoria he’d be lying if he said he’s never sobbed when an old building or tree is thrown to the wayside for a new development. He strives to pay homage to the history of this beautiful city that people love so much. That being said, Sean can’t help but get excited about upcoming projects and embraces the many improvements being made to make room for newcomers.
Working in his hometown it’s obvious his best interest is in maintaining and establishing lasting relationships within his community. He has an upbeat and genuine personality that immediately makes people feel at ease; Sean is quick to gain trust through his determination for transparency. He is dedicated to providing the best experience possible and wants to help others achieve their piece of paradise here in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia. He is proud to be a member of Pemberton Holmes – established in 1887 – which is the oldest brokerage on the continent.
When he’s not busy with real estate you’ll most likely see him gardening with his girlfriend (and kitty) in the back yard, walking home with a new plant, or waiting in line for a sandwich at the Red Barn. If you see him in person don’t hesitate to stop and say hello!
Sean is always willing to chat and encourages anyone with questions to contact him at sean@seancarrie.ca or by phone at 250-588-6663
