Terrific value with over $200,000 of recent renovations and upgrades, and a hot new price! A blend of yesteryear charm & modern-day function in a premiere neighborhood on a quiet street! Upgrades such as vinyl windows, heat pump, recent roof, two gas fireplaces and a spa-inspired bathroom are just a few quality improvements the new owner will inherit. The clincher for this home is the south facing back yard-it is a magical spot surrounded by mature foliage and fruit trees for ultimate privacy, fully fenced to keep pets and kids in (and deer out), and a multi-tiered deck that offers a hot tub, a private sitting area through French doors off the bedroom, and plenty of room for al fresco dining. The updated chef’s kitchen features a wall oven, gas cook top, quartz counters, Italian-tile backsplash, custom cabinetry, and a timeless exposed brick feature wall for added style. Downstairs, recently renovated, is ideal for teens with a kitchenette for family fun nights, (or a student space for some rental income), and a luxurious large bathroom with rain-shower and heated floors. Office could be a fourth bedroom, and with its own entrance, an ideal separate space for working from home. The location is what Victoria is all about! Walk to Willows Beach, Old Farm Market, Carnarvon Park, Oak Bay Rec, and all levels of coveted public schools close by. Community walking path connections will take to you where you want to go without the traffic. UVIC and Camosun less than 5 and 10 minute drives, and quick access to downtown Victoria. Check out the virtual tour.

About
Sean Carrie is a proud 4th generation Victorian. He grew up on the Saanich Peninsula in the village of Brentwood Bay where his parents still live in the same house. After living in a few different cities and seeing the world, Sean couldn’t even be paid to live anywhere other than Vancouver Island. He feels honoured to be a Realtor in his own hometown. Vancouver Island is part of his family’s heritage, and he wants to help make it part of yours.
With a lifetime of memories in Victoria he’d be lying if he said he’s never sobbed when an old building or tree is thrown to the wayside for a new development. He strives to pay homage to the history of this beautiful city that people love so much. That being said, Sean can’t help but get excited about upcoming projects and embraces the many improvements being made to make room for newcomers.
Working in his hometown it’s obvious his best interest is in maintaining and establishing lasting relationships within his community. He has an upbeat and genuine personality that immediately makes people feel at ease; Sean is quick to gain trust through his determination for transparency. He is dedicated to providing the best experience possible and wants to help others achieve their piece of paradise here in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia. He is proud to be a member of Pemberton Holmes – established in 1887 – which is the oldest brokerage on the continent.
When he’s not busy with real estate you’ll most likely see him gardening with his girlfriend (and kitty) in the back yard, walking home with a new plant, or waiting in line for a sandwich at the Red Barn. If you see him in person don’t hesitate to stop and say hello!
Sean is always willing to chat and encourages anyone with questions to contact him at sean@seancarrie.ca or by phone at 250-588-6663
