I moved to the Victoria area in 2021, but spent 15 years prior based out of Campbell River, so I keep my connections to the North Island active and strong.  I am currently part of the Managing Broker Team with new All-Canadian real estate start-up brokerage KIC Realty.  Just prior, I was Managing Broker for Property Management and Associate Broker with RE/MAX Island Properties, and prior to that Managing Broker for eXp Realty for VREB and VIREB.  For 11 years prior, I owned and managed CENTURY 21 Arbutus Realty with offices in Campbell River, Gold River and Courtenay.  I've also managed an office for a large Vancouver Island independent, an alternative fee structure franchise office in South Surrey - Whiterock, and an independent office in Kelowna.  I began my career in the beautiful Similkameen area, in Cawston and Keremeos, and owned a RE/MAX franchise there.  These varied locations and business models have given me a broad range of experiences in residential and commercial real estate and property management, working with Buyers and Sellers of residential homes, resort properties, strata properties, manufactured homes, commercial sales and leases, and farms.  Whether your a first time buyer, downsizer, investor or planning for your next home, or an agent looking to take your career to the next level, I would love to talk with you about real estate!
